Rental Information
In order to rent the clubhouse your account with the Weathersfield North Condominium Association or Weathersfield North Townhome Association must be current and in good standing. In addition, the Weathersfield North Condominium Association or Weathersfield North Townhome Association must have their account current and in good standing.
Clubhouse Rental Fees:
Club house Rental
· Check payable to WNUA
· Payable with copy of signed rental agreement
· (fee non-refundable)
· Special Rates apply on Holidays

· Refundable upon inspection of clubhouse

Alcohol Beverages
· The use of Alcohol on the club house premises is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained a liquor license from the Village of Schaumburg.
o Schaumburg updated their procedures for obtaining an online liquor license. Failure to comply with the Village Liquor Ordinance may result in the forfeiture of your clubhouse security deposit.

· You must provide a copy of you Schaumburg liquor license to WNUA.
Clubhouse Rental Hours:
Noon to midnight…
Clubhouse is in our residential community, and it is important we respect our neighbors living in close proximity to the clubhouse., therefore no loud music after 10:30 pm
If we do not have a rental the day before you may receive earlier access to clubhouse to assist in decorating.
Security deposit return is contingent upon:
· No violation of Schaumburg liquor Ordinance
o WNUA was provided a copy of your liquor license
· No damage to clubhouse including but not limited to walls, floor, appliance, & furniture
· Removal of all garbage from clubhouse
· Clubhouse was left in the same condition it was received.
· Will be returned at the time of inspection of Club house (time to be agreed upon by both parties)

FAQ's
Failure to follow these items can put your security deposit at risk
Bathrooms
· Remove all garbage
· Please make sure all water faucets are turned off
· Please make sure toilets are not running.
· Please turn off lights
Decorations
· Are welcomed as long as they do not damage walls, blinds, cornices, doors, windows, furniture etc. If you use anything but frog or painters tape, you will probably damage the premises.
· All decorations are to be removed upon the completion of your rental.
Flooring & Walls
· You are expected to clean up any liquid or food spills on the flooring, or walls.
Furniture
· Please do rearrange furniture
· Please do not drag furniture on floor to avoid damage to floors.
· You are expected to clean up any liquid or food spills on the furniture
Garbage
· Please remove all garbage from clubhouse
· Clubhouse does not have garbage collection; therefore, you are responsible to dispose of all garbage at your residence.
Inflatable play items
Inflatable Bouncy, Jumping, Moonwalks/Spacewalk Stations– Are prohibited from being installed, inflated, or used inside the clubhouse or on the clubhouse premises
Kitchen
· You are expected to clean all cabinets, counters and appliances.
Pool
· Clubhouse rental excludes the use of the pool.
· Please advise you guest the pool is not included in the clubhouse rental.
Smoking
Is prohibited on premises
Tables & Chairs
· clean all tables used
· DO NOT restack tables. Leave them open for inspection
· clean all spills on chairs

Rentals are first come first serve upon payment received.
